Professional Engineer Lori M. Shink opened for business in 2007.   Ms. Shink’s goal was to provide a more personalized, high-quality service that is typical of a small to medium-sized company.  The firm, named Shink Engineering, PLC concentrates on civil engineering and surveying for both private sector and municipal clients. While providing a wide array of service solutions to our clients, Shink Engineering, PLC continues to emphasize a very personal, customer-centric approach to business.

Ms. Shink spent the first fifteen years of her career working under her father James W. Shink, P.E. at his firm, James W. Shink & Associates, Consulting Engineers.  During those years, Ms. Shink gained extensive experience in all aspects of civil design from the plannings stages to project completion.  The principles and values learned during these years of working in a small engineering firm are carried forward and applied on a daily basis.
